The ISTA CO2 Aluminum Supply Set 1 L (Advance) brings together a CO2 cylinder, regulator and aquarium accessories for supplying carbon dioxide to a planted aquarium. The supporting base holds the cylinder upright, while the regulator and diffuser allow controlled gas delivery when correctly installed and adjusted.

Before Installation
Check the selected set and current packaging for the exact contents, cylinder fill status and connection specifications. The 1 L figure describes the listed cylinder size, not the quantity of usable gas by weight. Confirm that all fittings, tubing and seals are suitable for pressurized CO2 and compatible with the supplied regulator.
Setup and Use
- Follow the manufacturer's assembly, leak-checking and operating instructions.
- Keep the cylinder upright and secured against tipping in a well-ventilated location, away from heat and direct sunlight.
- Install the check valve in the correct flow direction according to its instructions.
- Adjust CO2 gradually and monitor aquarium conditions and livestock behaviour. Do not assume one bubble rate suits every aquarium.
- Use the CO2 indicator according to its instructions alongside appropriate water testing.
- Close the cylinder valve and depressurize as directed before disconnecting components. Never loosen pressurized fittings.
Care and Handling
Inspect tubing, seals and connections regularly and replace worn components with compatible parts. Have cylinder filling and servicing carried out by a qualified provider in accordance with the cylinder markings and manufacturer guidance. Do not modify the cylinder or valve. Keep out of reach of children.
