Overview
The Eheim Air Pump 100 supplies adjustable airflow through a single outlet for aquarium aeration. With a listed output of 100 L/h, it lets you tailor the air supply to a compatible diffuser or air-driven accessory.

The airflow rating describes air delivery, not water flow or aquarium capacity. Actual delivery depends on water depth, tubing and resistance from connected accessories.
Setup and Use
- Position the pump outside the aquarium in a dry, ventilated location. Never submerge it.
- Connect the airline securely to the outlet and diffuser, following the supplied instructions.
- Protect against back-siphoning using the manufacturer's recommended pump position and a correctly oriented check valve where required.
- Adjust airflow to suit your livestock and connected equipment.
- Check the supplied unit's voltage, frequency and plug before connecting it to power, and keep electrical connections dry.
Care and Maintenance
Disconnect power before servicing. Inspect tubing for kinks, leaks or blockages, and clean the diffuser according to its instructions when buildup reduces airflow. Keep the pump's ventilation openings clear and inspect its rubber supports and mounting points regularly.
Important Notes
Check the current package contents before installation. Use alongside appropriate filtration, water testing and regular maintenance; aeration does not replace biological filtration or guarantee a particular dissolved-oxygen level.
