Description
Tetra Koi Beauty Medium 10 L
Tetra Koi Beauty Medium is a floating pellet staple food designed for medium-sized koi. The floating format lets you watch your fish feed at the surface and adjust portions to their appetite. Supplied in a 10-litre pack, the food contains vitamins and carotenoids as listed in the product information.
Product Features
- Intended fish: medium-sized koi
- Food format: floating pellets
- Pack volume: 10 litres
- Contains carotenoids to support natural colour expression; results vary with the fish and its overall care.
The 10 L size refers to pack volume, not net weight. Exact pellet diameter, recommended fish-length range and nutritional analysis are not specified in the available listing. Check the supplied label to confirm the food suits your koi's mouth size and dietary needs.
Feeding Guidance
- Follow the supplied pack's directions for feeding frequency, portions and suitable water temperatures.
- Adjust feeding to pond temperature, fish activity and appetite rather than using a fixed year-round amount.
- Offer small portions and observe feeding before adding more.
- Remove uneaten pellets promptly and reduce feeding when food is left behind.
- Follow the label's guidance on reducing or stopping feeding as temperatures fall; do not assume this is an all-season food.
Storage and Care
- Keep the container securely closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Use clean, dry utensils and prevent moisture from entering the food.
- Check the expiry date and follow any instructions for use after opening.
For ornamental koi feeding only. Maintain appropriate pond filtration, aeration, water testing and routine maintenance alongside feeding.
